  4. How to access HIRAM - the ARRL land-line bulletin board:

  6. Those of you with telephone line direct-dial modems may wish
  7. to avail yourselves of the many services that ARRL HQ makes
  8. available by way of HIRAM, the ARRL BBS.
  9.  
  10. Hiram can be reached by dialing 203 594 0306, utilizing 
  11. 8-n-1 parameters, from 300 baud up to 14,400 baud.
  12.  
  13. Once connected, first-time users are asked to choose an 
  14. appropriate password, at which time they are then granted
  15. full and complete access to Hiram.
  16.  
  17. Internet/Usenet users may contact HIRAM's SYSOP by
  18. sending email to JMABEY@ARRL.ORG . Others should contact
  19. Jay Mabey at ARRL HQ.
